EXG Partners ("we", "us", "our") provides go-to-market advisory and execution services for technology companies across Australia and New Zealand. We are committed to handling personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The information we collect

We collect personal information you provide directly, mainly through our enquiry form. This can include your name, work email, phone number, company, company website, current primary market, role, information about your ANZ stage and timeframe, and the details of what you are trying to achieve.

When you submit the form we also record your consent to be contacted. If website analytics are enabled, we may collect technical information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type. No analytics or marketing tags are active until they are configured and disclosed here.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, assess whether an introductory conversation is likely to be useful, deliver services you engage us for, and keep records of our correspondence. We do not sell your personal information.

How your information is handled and shared

Enquiry submissions are processed through Netlify Forms, provided by our hosting platform. We may use email and productivity tools to correspond with you and to manage the enquiry. Where analytics or advertising tools are later enabled, they will be named in this policy. Service providers only receive the information needed to perform their function.

Some providers may store data on servers located outside Australia and New Zealand. Where that occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure the information is handled consistently with this policy.

Cookies and analytics

This site aims to keep tracking to a minimum. Any analytics or tag-management tools (for example Google Analytics) will be documented here once configured, together with how to opt out. Essential functionality does not rely on advertising cookies.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record, after which it is deleted or de-identified. If we begin an engagement, records are kept in line with the engagement terms and legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, you can raise it with us first. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) or, in New Zealand, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its revision date, is always available on this page.
